Debbie Corvey is the founder and president of Boynton Billiards. She has designed game rooms throughout the country and has become a respected authority on billiard furniture and entertainment-space design.
Debbie currently serves on the Billiard Advisory Board for Olhausen Billiards in Tennessee. Throughout her career, she has advised billiard manufacturers about changing styles, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Her dedication to quality furniture, decorator-inspired styling, and personalized customer service has helped shape Boynton Billiards into the company it is today. Debbie’s leadership remains focused on helping customers achieve the right balance between visual design, functionality, and lasting quality.
Michael Ruback — Director of Sales and Vice President
Michael Ruback serves as Director of Sales and Vice President of Boynton Billiards. His responsibilities include helping customers who contact the company online and working with architects, interior designers, builders, commercial properties, and multi-unit residential developments.
Before joining Boynton Billiards, Michael worked as a manufacturer’s representative within the billiards industry. He has more than 25 years of experience and has developed strong relationships with industry leaders, executives, and manufacturers.
Michael is known for his creativity, responsiveness, determination, and commitment to following through. He enjoys finding solutions for challenging projects and making sure every client receives quality products and dependable service.
Larry Wood — Managing Partner
Larry Wood is a managing partner at Boynton Billiards and a South Florida native. He studied business and marketing at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida.
Larry has focused on online marketing for approximately 15 years and understands how digital platforms allow Boynton Billiards to serve customers beyond its physical showroom locations. His work helps the company connect with buyers searching for pool tables, game-room furniture, billiard accessories, professional services, and design assistance.
Larry is also knowledgeable about new and antique billiard cues and other billiard-related items. He provides residential and commercial game-room design, space planning, and product guidance. He also enjoys working with manufacturers on new billiard designs, products, and styles.
Josh Gibson — Store Manager
Josh Gibson has lived in South Florida for approximately 20 years after growing up in the suburbs of Chicago. Pool became part of his life at an early age when his grandfather taught him how to play straight pool.
Josh’s professional background includes experience as a district manager in retail and as an executive in the insurance industry. These roles helped him develop leadership, organizational, sales, and customer-service skills that are valuable in his position as store manager.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. He also hosts and directs pool tournaments throughout Palm Beach County, allowing him to remain actively involved with the local billiards community.
Van Wood — Sales Associate
Van Wood was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and grew up as one of seven children in a military family that traveled throughout the United States. His family had a pool table at home, and he spent many hours playing with his three brothers.
Van brings more than 40 years of experience from the fine-jewelry industry, where excellent customer service, product knowledge, trust, and follow-up are essential. After retiring, he joined the Boynton Billiards team as a sales consultant.
His experience helping customers make meaningful luxury purchases is a natural fit for premium pool tables and game-room products. Van enjoys meeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find products they will be proud to own.
